What a lovely man. When we first met, he said,
“Never keep anything in your heart—always bring it out so your heart is open.”
I had forgotten this for a moment until they were talking in the front of the car. Tashi and Jampa our driver, chatting in Tibetan. And I was wondering what they were talking about—so finally, I asked, “What are you talking about?” Of course, I said it with a smile otherwise it would have sounded rude, and Tashi said, “Good you ask, never keep anything in your heart—I am chatting with Jampa our driver so he doesn’t get tired on the road.”
Today my friend, be sure to speak about what is in your heart. If you need to say something, say it. Say it with an open heart and keep your heart always open.
