I hope you are remembering to breathe and to smile. Breathing connects you with all of creation. Smiling tells your mind, body and soul that you are loved. Today, is a day for finding a spot in nature. A place where you can always go and connect with God, creation or simply universal energy. It doesn’t matter if you live in a densely populated city, or out in the country, today you are going to find a Life Warrior secret source. A place you can re-energize your spirit. It may be a tree, a lake, a pond, a seat in a park, a chair on your lawn, a flower bed in a friends garden. It is a place that contains an element of nature. Nature is creations way of reminding us that we are living a miracle. How does a huge, towering oak tree grow from a tiny acorn? How does a flower bloom with different colors, and leaves? What makes a bird sing in spring and migrate to a warmer place in winter? What makes creatures survive in the wild?
How does the sun keep on shining and release energy at the mass energy conversion rate of 4.26 million metric tons per second? How does the moon have such a gravitational pull that it moves our seas and impacts the tides? We take nature for granted most of the time. And when we take things for granted we no longer see the magic of our planet. Nature releases miracles that even science has difficulty in finding answers. In nature you can observe insects. They help human beings in so many ways: They pollinate our crops, destroy other harmful insects, improve the physical condition of the soil by burrowing through the surface layer, and they serve as scavengers, devouring the bodies of dead plants and animals. When I was depressed I couldn’t have cared less about nature. It was a nuisance. Dead leaves to sweep; cobwebs to clean, house-flies to kill; but when I became vital, when I breathed, smiled and began to bring vitality into my mind, body and spirit, I noticed nature and realized how blessed we are to live on the beautiful planet. Today, find a place in nature where you can sit or stand for a moment and be part of the miracle. You are a magnificent human being. You have been loved by many. Even ancestors you never knew most likely thought about you at one time or another. When they struggled in their lives and thought it was difficult to go on, they looked after other people, and had relationships with people who looked after other people who looked after other people who fell in love until you were finally born. Whether you were born in love, or whether you love your parents or don’t know them, or don’t see them anymore; it doesn’t matter; huge long lines of people have gone before you in order for you to be created. Whether you believe in God, or the universal energy, or science, it doesn’t matter; what matters is that you know and take into your heart the enormous effort that has gone into making you alive today. Don’t waste it. Don’t squander any more time in looking at yourself. Look outward instead. Go find your place in nature. Stand, sit or walk in nature.
Find a tree, find a flower, find a piece of grass. Find a bench, a chair, r two remember why you are here. You are here for a purpose. It may not seem a huge purpose. It may seem small. But no one else can do your purpose. No one else can do what you do. Whether it is looking after another human being, or working at a desk, or being a teacher, a doctor, a garbage collector, a janitor or a construction worker; you are a valuable part of our human being race. Whether you have no job and the only thing you have to do is wait for someone else to come home, or maybe you have no friends or family, and simply go to the grocery store, the bank or the library; your purpose is to remember how important you are. Your breathing, your smiling, your being in nature will help someone else remember why they are here. You remembering why you are here, helps me to remember why I am here. We are all here to connect with one another. We are a vital part of the band of human beings that gather around the world. That sit at tables, that pull up chairs, that text, and talk and watch and listen. When you awoke, you awakened others. When you awoke your ancestors smiled. When you awoke you made the whole human being endeavor worthwhile. You are that important. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for being you. Thank you for remember nature and finding your place to be
